We hope you love your dress! But if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Late returns due to you being away on vacation or event cancellations will be rejected without exception.

Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied and would like to return your product within 7 days of receiving it, please contact our website customer service staff, provide the order number you would like to return, and explain why you choose to return it. Please note: We do not accept unauthorized returns from customers. If you have any questions, you can contact us by sending an email.

How do I return an item?
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Please contact our customer support and explain the item you would like to return and why. Please provide a picture or video to illustrate the problem.
We do not accept items that you return directly without checking with us first.
Step 2: Packing
After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item to be returned together with the original packaging. Write your order number on the package so that your package is easily identifiable, so that we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Step 3: Send
Once your return is properly packaged, please send the package to a local courier. As a reminder, please ship your item to us within 7 days after receiving the item to try it on
Step 4: Receive a refund
Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We will refund the same way you originally paid for the order. You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is issued. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
PS: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original order shipping fee is also non-refundable. The specific cost of the return should be based on the courier you choose. Shipping costs are not under personal control, please understand that we do not provide return labels. In addition, due to the implementation of new tariff policies in some countries, international shipping costs may be affected, which is beyond our control, please don't be angry about it, please understand, thank you.
What items can be returned or exchanged?
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, and lint-free. Items must be in their original packaging.
What products cannot be returned or refunded?
(1) Dresses that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way are not returnable.
(2) Custom dresses are not returnable. If you selected a custom color or custom size when purchasing your dress, you cannot return your dress.
(3) Any changes to the style or fabric of a dress at the customer's request are not returnable.
(4) We do not accept any returns without consulting our customer service.
(5) Because all items (including standard sizes) are made to order, we are unable to accept "buy more, keep one" purchases. Please do not do this.
For all custom-sized dresses:
Here we understand that you may want this dress to fit! To help you, we offer custom sizing for most dresses. Custom sizes take the same amount of time to make and ship to you!
A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and midriff to floor). This means that once that dress is made, it cannot be worn by anyone else. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on any custom dresses. Please double check your size and color selections before ordering.
We understand that sometimes small alterations are necessary and we only offer limited compensation for alterations on custom sizes. Simply send us a photo of the receipt you received from your tailor and your order number and we will do the rest! It really is that easy!
How do I exchange my item?
To complete an exchange of your online order, you must complete your return and place a new order of equal or greater value. Please contact us to assist you with your return and new order. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer. Please understand.
Can I change my order (size or color)?
Once your order is submitted, if you would like to change the size or color after payment, processing will begin immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of payment. Please note that color and size cannot be changed once the process has begun. If you do want to change the size or color, additional charges will apply. Please contact us.
When will I receive my refund for my return?
We will inspect and process your return within 5-7 days. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
